Spent some time choosing the tab stopped on it.
Advantages: usb port to which I can mount just about anything with Drive Mount, hdmi port.
Now rooted with stock 3.1 preparing for testing new roms.
Disadvantages: Regardless of Tegra2 still cant play 1080p videos
